Tonight, Obama is giving his jobs speech at 7 PM EST. We won’t have a real Twitter “party” for this, but I will most likely be tweeting through it and would love to hear your thoughts on the speech.
After the speech is done, visit our site and contact Obama about what you think should be done about jobs as a young person. Share your story and express yourself. If enough young people do this, they will not be ignored. If you drop the name of We The Blog, you can help spread word about our new community to others.
Afterwards, post a comment with these ideas below. Maybe, after tonight, we will find more consensus on our beliefs and come up with a campaign to encourage more jobs for our generation.
