Election 2012: Let the Race Begin

Many pundits consider after labor day the year before the election the real “start” of the election season. If last night’s debate was any indication of how heated this election will be, I think we will all be in for one hell of a ride.

Last night on this site, we had our most visitors ever! I want to thank all of you who participated in the debate discussion on Twitter and explored the site. Continue coming by, writing your comments, sharing your ideas, and sharing the site with your friends so we can continue to build a Millennial Generation community and political base.

If you didn’t get a chance yet to give your two cents about the GOP debate last night, check out some the tweets from our twitter party, vote in the poll below, and write some of your comments here!

An interesting question was posed last night on MSNBC after the debates: would any young people actually vote for ANY of the GOP candidates considering their stances on climate change, healthcare and education?

I’m throwing that question back at you all in the poll below. Comment below why you would (or wouldn’t vote) for any of these candidates and what issues were deciding factors for you. Do any of you think there is a candidate our generation could all unite around or maybe just an issue?

Thanks again for everyone who participated! Just a housekeeping note: our news woman is currently in the process of moving to France but there should be news updates again soon once she gets settled in.

Keep spreading the revolution. Share this post and the site with your friends!

In case you missed it…here are the videos from last night’s debates*:

*This is in no way an endorsement of Ron Paul. It was simply the only youtube site that had the entire debate on it.
